UrbanMotoAds ("UMA", "we", "us" or "our") operates the UrbanMotoAds platform and the website urbanmotoads.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share information when advertisers, riders and other users interact with our services.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may process:
- account and contact information, such as name, email address and company information;
- campaign information, including campaign name, dates, selected cities, zones, schedules, objectives, creatives and budgets;
- website or landing-page information provided by an advertiser;
- billing and transaction references needed to administer purchases and campaign budgets;

- advertising delivery, reporting and performance information returned by advertising platforms used through UMA;
- location-related information necessary to define campaign delivery areas or to operate rider services where applicable.

- operate UMA Boost and other advertising integrations requested by the advertiser;

4. Google Ads and Google APIs
When an advertiser enables UMA Boost, UrbanMotoAds may use the Google Ads API and related Google services to create, update, pause, target, forecast and report Google Ads campaigns on the advertiser's behalf.
Information sent to Google may include campaign settings, budget, dates, locations, campaign objective, website or landing-page information, keywords or other advertising configuration required to provide the service. Google may return campaign identifiers, forecasts, delivery metrics and performance data to UMA.
UrbanMotoAds does not sell Google user data. We use Google API data only to provide, secure and improve the functions requested through UrbanMotoAds, in accordance with applicable Google API policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy where applicable.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information only when necessary with:
- Google and other advertising or infrastructure providers used to provide requested campaign services;
- payment, hosting, communications, security and technical service providers acting on our behalf;
- professional advisers, authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect legitimate rights and interests.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
6. Legal basis
