Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of UrbanMotoAds ("UMA", "we", "us" or "our"), including urbanmotoads.com, advertiser tools, rider tools, campaign management, reporting and UMA Boost. By creating an account, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The UrbanMotoAds service
UrbanMotoAds provides tools and operational services for planning, purchasing, managing and reporting advertising campaigns, including advertising delivered through UMA's mobile advertising network and, when enabled, through third-party advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
3. Accounts and advertiser responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account, billing and campaign information;
- keeping account access secure;
- ensuring that advertising content, claims, images, trademarks, websites and landing pages comply with applicable law;
- having all rights and permissions necessary for content submitted to UMA;
- reviewing campaign settings, budgets and dates before publication.
4. Campaigns and delivery
Campaign delivery depends on the settings selected in UMA, including locations, zones, schedules, duration, availability and budget. Delivery forecasts are estimates and may differ from actual results because of traffic, availability, technical conditions, platform behaviour and other factors outside UMA's reasonable control.
5. UMA Boost and Google Ads
If UMA Boost is enabled, the advertiser authorises UrbanMotoAds to create, update, pause, target and manage a corresponding advertising campaign through Google Ads or another supported advertising platform using the settings provided in UMA.
UMA may automatically synchronise campaign dates, locations, budget, campaign objective, targeting and other settings. Forecasts, clicks, impressions, CPC, CPM, conversions and other third-party metrics are supplied or derived from the relevant advertising platform and are not guaranteed.
Third-party advertising platforms may reject, limit or suspend an advertisement or campaign under their own policies. UMA does not control those independent policy decisions.
6. Budgets and charges
The advertiser is responsible for all campaign amounts accepted in UMA. The UMA campaign budget and any additional UMA Boost budget may be presented separately and may be combined into a total campaign budget for reporting purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party advertising forecasts do not constitute a guarantee that the full budget will be spent or that any specific number of impressions, clicks, conversions or other results will be achieved.
7. Forecasts and performance estimates
Any reach, impressions, frequency, CPM, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions or other forecast shown by UMA is an estimate. Forecasts may use UMA operational data, third-party platform forecasts and statistical assumptions. Actual campaign results can be higher or lower.
8. Prohibited content and use
You may not use UrbanMotoAds to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing advertising;
- promote products or services prohibited by applicable law or the policies of relevant advertising platforms;
- interfere with the security or operation of UMA;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- use the service in a way that could damage UMA, users, riders, advertisers or third parties.
9. Intellectual property
The UrbanMotoAds platform, software, design, documentation, trademarks and related technology remain the property of their respective owners. Advertisers retain ownership of content they submit and grant UMA the permissions necessary to process, display, distribute and adapt that content solely for the purpose of providing the contracted advertising service.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend or modify features of the service. We aim to provide reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, particularly where third-party platforms, mobile networks, mapping, hosting or payment systems are involved.
11. Suspension and termination
UMA may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, abuse, policy violations or material breach of these Terms. Campaigns may also be paused where required to prevent unauthorised spend or where a connected advertising platform requires it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or results not achieved through an advertising campaign. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the UrbanMotoAds Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, pricing, legal requirements or third-party integrations change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
15. Contact
